Woman #1: Is there anybody over in the tech shop? Is Rick here today?
Woman #1: Yeah. Let me take your name and number because there's nobody over there today.
Woman #1: I think they're outfitting something.
LPC: Oh, I see.
Woman #1: Yeah.
Woman #1: Is it a pinball machine you got from us?
LPC: Yeah.
Woman #1: Okay.
LPC: Are you familiar with the machines at all?
Woman #1: Not the pinball machines, no.
Woman #1: Southern Leans Bowlingellie.

Woman #1: I was just on the phone with a gentleman.
Woman #1: I have no idea where you came from.
Woman #1: He was asking about a pinball machine.

SPEAKER_02: Good afternoon, Borough Amusement.
Woman #2: Yeah, this is Southern Lane's Fallen Alley.
Woman #2: Somebody just called me and put me on hold, so.
Woman #2: I don't know who there would have been.
SPEAKER_02: We was on hold from Southern Lanes, and she just hung up.
Woman #2: I didn't mean to hang up.
Woman #2: Sorry, if you were on hold.
Woman #2: Yeah, nobody from here has called you.
Woman #2: you about a pinball machine that I talk that is some guy that's coming in there
SPEAKER_02: playing a pinball machine and he's wanting to know something about it being hooked up to
Woman #2: sterns or something I know what you're talking about though there is a customer
Woman #2: yes comes in that wants to see if we can't hook up and I haven't been able to talk to
Woman #2: Jason or them guys that come in he wants to know about putting it online it would draw more
SPEAKER_02: customers and we don't told him that's going to be that's going to be a lot of stuff to do
Woman #2: So, uh, and he just, I don't think they're going to do, I don't think they're going to, I don't think they're going to, I don't think they're going to do it.

SPEAKER_02: Okay.

SPEAKER_05: I don't even know if it's capable of going online.

SPEAKER_05: The game exchange of Colorado.
SPEAKER_07: Yeah, there was a customer that came in and complaining that it didn't go online, and he was a gamer, and it wasn't accumulating.
SPEAKER_05: As far as I know, Star Trek, the next generation, as far as I know, unless there's some kit that somebody made, it doesn't go online.
SPEAKER_07: It doesn't go online.
SPEAKER_07: Okay, I would definitely let him know that.
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, if it is the next generation, because that's what the gentleman told me earlier that it was the next generation.
SPEAKER_05: Okay.
SPEAKER_05: Yeah, so I'm pretty sure.
SPEAKER_07: You remember who I called you, hon?
SPEAKER_05: Yeah.
SPEAKER_05: So just let them know that this far, yeah, just let them know as far as I know, unless there's some specific kit,
SPEAKER_05: there was an, if it was an update kit that somebody made to go online with it,

SPEAKER_07: So there's got to be a customer that's calling you.

SPEAKER_07: I just hung up the phone.
SPEAKER_07: And he said that it's a special kid or something that needs to go on there that we're not equipped with.
SPEAKER_07: So for us, it does not need to go online.
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
SPEAKER_07: So I do apologize, hon, but it's not coming from me or anything to do with Southern Lanes or Brewers.
SPEAKER_07: Okay.
SPEAKER_07: It's coming from an actual customer that's getting in touch with you.
SPEAKER_07: Oh.

SPEAKER_07: Now, what the customer is complaining about is because, I guess, in Nashville, there's another bowling alley, that it is going online.

SPEAKER_07: I guess he's a gamer or whatever, and it's accumulating points.

SPEAKER_07: But that's got nothing to do with us in the pinball machine that is in our establishment.

SPEAKER_07: had explained this to him over and over and over again, all of us.
SPEAKER_07: And now he went above everybody and went to the manufacturer himself.
SPEAKER_09: Okay, I understand. I'm sorry. Is that all that background noise? Is that coming from where you're at?

SPEAKER_07: And I mean, it very well could be the other man.

SPEAKER_07: She said, if it does go online, it's because the gaming, whatever, whoever owns it,
SPEAKER_07: it had bought a kit for it to go on.
